Account Responsibilities:

• You are responsible for all activities under your account, including any transactions or communications.

• Not use the Platform for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose, including but not limited to violating another user’s rights or transmitting harmful software or viruses.

Ayiida reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms.

Vendor Responsibilities

As a vendor on the Ayiida Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information about your products, including descriptions, pricing, and availability.

• Fulfill orders promptly and ensure that products meet the standards you advertise.

• Maintain a high standard of customer service, responding to inquiries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Ensure that all products comply with applicable laws, including safety standards and regulations.

You are solely responsible for any content you upload, including product images, descriptions, and pricing.

Buyer Responsibilities

As a buyer on the Ayiida Platform, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information during the purchasing process, including payment details.

• Pay for products in accordance with the agreed-upon price and terms.

• Not engage in fraudulent activity, such as chargebacks or non-payment.

Payment and Fees

Ayiida facilitates transactions between vendors and buyers using a secure payment gateway. By completing a transaction, you agree to the payment terms outlined during the checkout process.

Vendors: Ayiida charges a commission on sales made through the Platform, which will be clearly disclosed to you before you list your products. Fees for the use of the platform and other services may also apply.

Buyers: By making a purchase, you agree to the price, shipping costs, and any applicable taxes that are included in the final transaction total.

Shipping and Delivery

Vendors are responsible for shipping products in a timely manner. Shipping terms, including delivery timeframes, fees, and policies, are set by the individual vendor and should be reviewed before purchase. Ayiida is not responsible for any delays, damages, or losses during shipping.

Vendors are responsible for handling returns, exchanges, and refunds in accordance with their own return policies. These Terms of Use are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Sudan. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms will be resolved in the courts located in South Sudan.
